WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
I will send your order in 1 to 3 days from receiving it. If there is some kind of exception, I will contact you.
Delivery for Bulgaria takes 1 to 3 business days. I ship orders in Bulgaria with Speedy Delivery.
Delivery for Europe usually takes 7 to 14 days. I ship orders in Europe via Postal Service with tracking number.
Delivery for countries outside of Europe usually takes up to 30 business days. I ship orders outside of Europe via Postal Service with tracking number.
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY DELIVERY?
If your order gets damaged or lost in transit, don’t stress out. Just send me an email at manodeanaofficial@gmail.com, and I’ll help you to receive a new print or a refund.
what payment methods do you except?
You can pay vie Stripe with your debit or credit card or if you prefer, you can use PayPal.
If you prefer the option cash-on-delivery, since Squarespace does not provide that option, you can contact me here and just give me your contact information as well as links for your desired items. You will receive them via Speedy to your address or in an office near you.
Return policy
Once your order has arrived, you are free to examine the items in a similar manner as if in a shop, allowing you to confirm that they are what you ordered and wanted.
If you are not satisfied with your order, I’ll be happy to accept a return with a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
To return an item, please let me know about your decision by contacting me within 14 calendar days from the moment that you receive the goods. I will then provide you with more information about how you can return the items.
Please make sure to save the original packaging in the case that you would like to send the goods back.
Kindly note that all returning costs (shipping fees) are the buyer's responsibility. I will, however, reimburse the original delivery cost, excluding any customs fees.
Once the goods have been returned and inspected, I will issue a refund to the same payment account that was used at checkout.
If a returned item has been used or damaged by the customer, this will be reflected in the refundable amount.
